John Stark
October 22, 1942 — November 16, 2015
John F. Stark, 73, went home to be with the Lord on Nov. 16, 2015. He was preceded in death by parents and grandparents.
John is survived by his wife of more than 50 years, Janet; son, John (Lisa) Stark; grandchildren, Addison and Ryan Stark; sister, June (Gary) Stoll; brothers, Bill (Janet) and David (Debbie) Berry; and nieces and nephews.
John was a U.S. Navy Veteran. He retired from Coca Cola after 36 years of service. John was a member of the Brush Ridge Sportsman Hunt Club and the Hilltop Sportsman's Club. He was also a member of Briggs Road Baptist Church. John was a hard worker and loved spending time outdoors with family and friends.
Visitation Friday, Nov. 20, 2015 from 5-8 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral Service Saturday, Nov. 21, 2015 at 10 am at Briggs Road Baptist Church, 3231 Briggs Rd., Columbus, OH 43204. Interment to follow at Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, OH.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Briggs Road Baptist Church.
