Johnnie B. Gullett, 78, passed away Thursday, October 19, 2017 at Riverside Hospital surrounded by his loving family.
John is preceded in death by his parents, 6 brothers, 1 Sister, 2 children and former wives of his 6 surviving children. Survived by children Tony, Kathy, Mark, Angie, John, Nathan, stepson Todd Hill, love of his life, Becky Gullett, 14 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren - one huge loving family.
John served in the U.S. Army as a 1st Lieutenant from 1956 to 1972. John was employed at Easton's Shoe Store, Union at Kingsdale, manager for Kuppenheimer, owned Mens Shoes stores and manager for Christian St. John stores. John's passions in life were his beloved family, gardening and solving the worlds problems with his best friends.
Visitation will be Tuesday, October 24, 2017 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. A funeral service will begin at 11a.m. October 25, 2017, with Pastor Allen Evans officiating at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.
