Jon Scott Kelley, 29 of Columbus, passed away on October 28, 2013. Born on February 14, 1984 to Brian Scott Kelley and Tammy Chapman in Columbus, Ohio. Along with his parents he is survived by children Kara'lyn, Matthew, Bradyn and Khloe, siblings Erica, Sidney, Jeaniece, Tina (Ronald) and Gerald "Buddy", grandmothers Deborah Chapman and Carol Corder. Preceded in death by great grandfather John E. Kelley and great grandmother Mollie L. Kelley, grandfather James Nibert, cousins Jaiden, Brenden and Brian Chapman, aunt and uncle Derrell and Pat Nibert.
