Jonathan C. White, affectionately known as "Jon Jon," passed away on October 15, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, cherished memories. Born on September 17, 1975, in Jacksonville, Florida, Jonathan was a beacon of compassion and joy in the lives of those fortunate enough to know him.
For remarkable years, Jonathan dedicated himself to his career at Shiseido Americas, where he not only excelled but also received numerous accolades, including employee of the month. His role as a trainer and involvement with the safety committee were testaments to his commitment and respect among colleagues and employers alike. Jonathan's professionalism was matched only by his warmhearted personality, ensuring he was well-liked by everyone he encountered.
As a loving father, Jonathan's proudest accomplishments were undoubtedly his three sons: Jonathan C. White, Jr.,Jonathan C. White "Big Man". White, and the youngest, Kentrell E. White. Each son carries cherished memories of their time together. Jonathan Jr. fondly recalls their lighthearted competitions over who had the best playlist, bonding deeply over their shared love of music. Kentrell treasures the cooking sessions they enjoyed, creating meals filled with laughter and togetherness. Big Man remembers the thrilling basketball games they attended, side-by-side, cheering for their favorite teams.
Beyond his role as a father, Jonathan held a special place in the hearts of many. His caring nature and "heart of gold" extended to his family and friends. He took great delight in teasing them, bringing smiles to their faces, and enjoyed sharing the music that enriched his life. He was an avid fan of football, passionately supporting his favorite team, the Ravens, and relished listening to old school music. A master in the kitchen, Jonathan loved to cook and share those delicious creations with his loved ones.
Jonathan is survived by his devoted mother, Juanita Moultrie, and his beloved sons, Jonathan C. (Erica) White, Jr., and Kentrell E. White, and Jonathan C. White "Big Man". He also leaves behind his brothers, Matthew E. (Tami) White and James J. (Crystal) White, and two cherished grandchildren, Lorraine White and Novah White.
The life of Jonathan C. White will be celebrated with a visitation at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest in Grove City, Ohio, on October 25, 2024, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, followed by a funeral service beginning at 5:00 PM. Jonathan's loving spirit and the joy he brought to those around him will forever be remembered in the hearts of his family and friends.
