Jordan Mae Eldridge, died unexpectedly May 10, 2020.
She was born September 13, 1990 in Columbus, Ohio. The daughter of Mark A. Eldridge Sr. and Tammy (Wickersham)Wise.
Jordan was a graduate of Westland High School, class of 2009. After graduation Jordan had 2 beautiful children, Camron and Brooklyn. She was a wonderful Mother and she loved her babies with all her heart. She worked in the home health industry and was loved by all her patients and their families. She was an excellent caretaker.
She was predeceased by her mother, Tammy Wise; grandmother, Janet Kirby; Aunt, Shelli Dehart.
Surviving are her son, Camron Jacobs (age 9); daughter, Brooklyn Jacobs (age 2); father, Mark Eldridge Sr. and stepmom Lea Eldridge; brother, Mark Eldridge Jr.; stepsister, Kaylee Timmons; stepbrother, Konner Bronson; Grandmother, Shelby Tillman; grandfather, Herb Eldridge; and all her Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
