He was preceded in death by his grandfather, William Johnson; great-great-grandmother, Fay Berry.
Jordan is survived by his parents, Heather Cupp and Billy Johnson; brothers, Elijah Cupp and Austin McCoy; grandmothers, Susan Johnson and Tanya Cupp.
Visitation Wednesday, October 16, 2013 from 11 am until the time of Funeral Service at 1pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH.
Donations may be made to assist the family during this difficult time.
