Jordan Wood, 25, of Hilliard, OH, went to be with the Lord on February 8th, 2015 with his loving family at his side.
Jordan was a motivational speaker, he encouraged others to never give up and trust God always. Each day and every breath is a blessing.
Surviving family includes parents, Larry and Penny Wood, brother, Jeremy Wood, special uncle Jeff, cousins, Amber and Adam Rose, grandparents, Barbara Wood, Patricia Anderson, Roger and Lisa Rose, aunts and uncles, Ed and Amy Bryant, Lynda and Bill Myers, Mark Wood, other cousins, Travis (Carly) Bryant and Tyler Bryant, Melissa Myers and Elle Wood.
Visitation will be held from 2-4pm and 6-8pm, Thursday, February 12th, 2015 at Potter's House, 3220 Lowell Avenue, Columbus, OH. A funeral service will be held at 11am, Friday, February 13th, 2015 at the church.
Burial will follow in Alton Cemetery, Galloway, OH.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation at www.cff.org.
