Joseph J. Flesch, Jr. 67, passed away Saturday, March 22, 2014, surrounded by his loving family. Joe was born in Columbus, OH on July 30, 1946, to Joseph J. Sr. and Lauretta (Markham) Flesch and is preceded in death by his father.
Survivors include his mother; wife, Vicky (Mayes) Flesch; daughter, Wendy Flesch; son, Jason Flesch; wife's daughters, Angela (Kirk) Allton and Gina Shultz; siblings, Roseann Flesch, Tony (Carolyn) Flesch and Mike Flesch; grandchildren, Gaige Black, Gavin Flesch, Emily and Ryan Shultz, Natalie and Ashley Allton; nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and many devoted friends.
Joe was a proud Veteran of the US Navy and US Air Force.
Family and friends will gather on Friday, March 28, 2014, 4-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, OH 43231. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2014, 10:00 AM at Resurrection Cemetery Chapel, 9571 N High Street, Lewis Center, OH 43035.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Disabled American Veterans, PO Box 14301, Cincinnati, OH 45250.
