Joseph A. Lindsay, age 89, of Westerville, Ohio passed away on March 22, 2026. He was born on March 24, 1936 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Al and Shirley Lindsay.

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Donna Lindsay, and brother, Jerry Lindsay.

He is lovingly survived by his daughter, Debi (Jim) Clark, grandchildren, Lindsay (Isaac) Zimmer, Drew (Jessica) Clark, great-grandchildren, Duncan, Mabel, Olive, Penny, Calvin, Beau, and brother, Jim Lindsay.

Joseph was an avid stamp-collector. He enjoyed music and watching the Columbus Blue Jackets.

He was very active in his church community. He was a member of the choir and a cantor. He was the president of the Resident Council at Paramount Senior Living. He was also a proud member of the Johnstown and Westerville American Legion.

He will be deeply missed.

Family and friends may call on Friday, March 27, 2026 at St. Joseph Church of the Ascension in Johnstown for calling hours from 10am - 11am with a Funeral Mass starting at 11am.
