Joe was born August 5, 1965 in Denver, Colorado, and passed away July 14, 2010.
Joe was our beloved musician, poet, artist and comedian. He brought smiles to all and will be greatly missed by all who loved him.
Preceded in death by (Mother) Bernadette Starr. Survived by (Father) Robert Starr and (Step Mother) Ruth Starr. Sisters Susan and Craig Phelps, Sandra and Wilbur McKenzie (Brother) Brian Starr. Nieces Shannon Starr(Eric) Yuzwa, Nina (Tim) Clark, Angie (Charlie) Rummer, Kierston McKenzie Nephew Adam McKenzie and several great nieces and nephews.
