Joyce is survived by children, William, Marshal, and Jordan; grandson, Vengeance; and father, Charles Pepper of Homestead, FL.
She was an avid animal lover, motorcycle enthusiast, and enjoyed preparing food for anyone and everyone.
Visitation Friday, Feb. 24, 2017 from 2-5 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH.
