Joyce E. Kramer

Joyce E. Kramer, 64, Grove City, Ohio passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Monday, August 5, 2019. She was born on October 15, 1954 in Steubenville, Ohio to Bayne Wells and O.J. Savelsberg. She grew up in Mingo Junction, Ohio with her family and graduated from Mingo Junction High School.

Joyce was a wonderful friend to many, a devoted wife, and a loving mother. She always saw the positive in life and brought joy and love to all. Her caring heart and warm smile will forever be remembered.

Joyce was preceded in death by her father, Bayne, and brother, Bayne Lee. She is survived by her loving husband, James Marling; son, Ross (Amy) Kramer; mother, O.J. Savelsberg; siblings, Jeanne Basso, Ruth (Scott) Walter, Enola (Ray) Gervais, and Kerry Wells; and many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Friday, September 6, 2019 at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123. A brief service will follow at 7:00 PM.
