Joyce LaRochelle, 65, passed away on Wednesday, August 22, 2018 in New Albany, OH. Joyce was born on September 4, 1952 in Columbus, OH to the late Delmar and Mildred (Thornton) Bartlett.
Joyce is preceded in death by her husband, Walter LaRochelle; parents, Delmar and Mildred; sisters, Nancy Pruitt and Jackie Gillenwater.
She is survived by her children, Tracy (Ron) Rock, Dustin LaRochelle and Robert (Ashley) LaRochelle; grandchildren, Justin, Marisa, Madeline, Mitchell and Walter; sister, Charlotte Altmaier; brother, David Bartlett; niece, Faith Bartlett; numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, August 30, 2018 from 10am to 12pm at Newcomer NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd., Columbus, OH 43231 where a funeral service will begin at 12pm. She will be laid to rest at Pleasant Cemetery, 14220 Era Rd., Mt. Sterling, OH 43143.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joyce's honor to The James Cancer Hospital, 660 Ackerman Rd., 6th Floor, Columbus, OH 43218.
