Joyce Mae Bebber (née Justice), 83, of Minerva Park, passed away Sunday, September 4, 2016 at Highbanks Care Center. She was born March 12, 1933 in Russell, KY, daughter of the late James Oscar and Naomi Burnside Justice.
On July 18, 1953, she married Robert L. Bebber, who predeceased her. They were married for nearly 60 years. Survivors include her children, Vicki (David) Katona, Sherri (Mike) Seiber, Bob (Tara) Bebber; grandchildren, Ryan (Ashley), Kyle, Shannon, Nick, Alex, Jacob and Sam; her sisters/brothers-in-law, Jo Anne (Eddie) King and Anita (Tom) Wyman; nephews Jim Andy See, and Matt and Tim Wyman, nieces Dee Dee Cook and Rhonda Kelley and their families; and her well-loved pug Toby. She was predeceased by her sisters Shirley Ann (Andy) See and Patsy Irene Justice.
Whether you talk to her children or their childhood friends, or another family member, or a client she helped as a career counselor, or someone she just talked to at the grocery store, or a neighbor, you would hear that she was one of the sweetest people they ever had met. She had a smile for everyone, even in her last years, as she struggled through Alzheimer's and cancer. Heaven's gain is our great loss. We miss you dearly.
