Joyce Ellen Robinson (Smith), age 70, of Westerville passed away at her residence on April 18, 2017. She was born on January 20, 1947 to the late Richard Sr. and Delores (Miller) Smith in Columbus, OH. Joyce is survived by daughters Cynthia (Frank) Lowe and Jessica Robinson; grandchildren Jordan West and Jackson Lowe; great grandchildren Royce and Liam West; cousin Alberta Graham; and a host of loving family and friends including Gloria and Becky Garcia, Douglas Herd and Henry Herd. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by brother Richard Smith, Jr.
Friends may call at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin Granville Rd., Columbus on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 from 5pm to 7pm.
Funeral service will be held at The Supreme Council of the House of Jacob, 1340 E. Deshler Ave. Columbus, OH 43206 on Wednesday at 11am.
Burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Columbus, OH.
