Juanita Gravely-Eldridge, 82, Columbus, loved and adored by all who knew her, passed away, April 22, 2015.
Preceded in death by parents, Joe and Lula Forte; siblings, Robert, Maceo and Eugene; children, Jeanette, Erma, Joseph, Angela and Robert; grandchildren, Leo and Edward.
Survived by sons, James Jr. (Xuan), Wayne, Leo, Matthew (Gina) and daughter, Anita (Richard); sister, Lula, brother, William and many other family members.
Visitation will be Friday, May 1, 2015, 5-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, OH with the Funeral Service on Saturday, May 2, 2015, 10:00 AM.
