Born on April 3, 1934 to the late Edric and Doris (Wetz) Cole in Dayton, OH.
Survived by children Robert, Debra, Sherry, Rick and James, many grandchildren, brother Jimmy Cole and two nieces.
Preceded in death by husband Lee Funk. Private burial will be held at Northlawn Memory Gardens at a later date.
Juanita was loved by all and will be missed.
