Juanita "Nita"C. Biffle

November 26, 1923 — April 22, 2014

Juanita "Nita" C. Biffle, 90, went to be with the Lord this past Tuesday, April 22nd, 2014. She was born on November 26, 1923 in Topeka, KS to Noah and Clara(Sweitzer) Rich.

Nita is preceded in death by her husband, Rev. S.K. "Bud" Biffle; her parents; brothers, Donald, Gareth and Glen Rich; and sister, Verena Rich.

She is survived by her sons, Rev. Steven (Nancy) Biffle, Phillip (Dianna) Biffle and Gregory (Beth) Biffle; 8 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; sister-in law, Betty Baker; and many friends.

Nita graduated from Central Bible College in Springfield, MO where she met and married her husband. They immediately began their ministry as pastors in Branson, MO. They then served as pastors in Lincoln, NE and Youngstown, OH before moving to Columbus. In 1979, they founded "Church of the Living Word", where they pastored until 1999 when they moved to Texas to serve in the offices of the "Full Gospel Fellowship of Churches and Ministers International".

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 26th, 2014 at 12:00pm at Church of the Living Word, 3833 Westerville Rd., Columbus, OH with Pastor Steve Biffle officiating. Family will receive guests from 11:00am – 12:00pm. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the "Church of the Living Word Memorial Fund", 3833 Westerville Rd., Columbus, OH 43224.
