Judith Gaye Trent, 81, of Pataskala, Ohio, passed away peacefully on August 20, 2026.

Judie was a beautiful woman in every sense of the word—kind, generous, fiercely loyal, and deeply loving.

She gave every ounce of her heart to her family, friends, and all who were blessed to know her. Her generous spirit knew no bounds, and she touched countless lives through her compassion, warmth, and unwavering support.

Above all else, Judie loved Jesus. Her faith was not only something she believed—it was something she lived each day. She glowed with the love of Christ, and when others looked at her, they saw a reflection of His grace, kindness, and forgiveness. She was quick to forgive, never gave up on people, and always put others before herself.

Judie found her greatest joy in her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. They were the center of her heart, and she loved them with a devotion that was steadfast and unconditional. To her family, she was a rock, a safe place, and a trusted confidant—a person who welcomed others exactly as they were and loved them completely.

She enjoyed baking, reading, and especially spending time in God’s Word. Judie was silly, fun, and a wonderful sport, bringing laughter and light to those around her. She never met a stranger, and her genuine heart made everyone feel seen, valued, and loved.

Judie was also a woman of remarkable strength, courage, and determination. She rebuilt her life through perseverance and grace, never giving up, always moving forward with dignity, faith, and quiet strength. She crossed life’s finish line with honor, leaving behind a legacy of love, resilience, and unwavering devotion to God and family.

Beautiful inside and out, Judie possessed a rare and precious soul. Those who knew her will remember her not only for what she did, but for who she was—a faithful servant of Christ, a loving mother and grandmother, a loyal friend, and a shining example of grace.

She was beyond precious-a beautiful soul whose love will continue to live on in the many people she blessed. Her family can only hope to honor her legacy by loving others as she did and by walking faithfully with Christ, just as she taught by example.

Her family finds comfort in knowing that the Jesus she loved so deeply has now welcomed her home.

Though she will be profoundly missed, her love, her faith, and her example will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her. Her life was a testimony to faith, love, forgiveness, and selfless devotion, and her memory will remain a blessing to all who knew and loved her.

(Kris) Keen, Bill (Debbie) Makris. Her grandchildren: Kelsey (Uriel), Ashton (Kevin), Ryan, Chase, Owen, Henry and Jesse. Her great grandchildren: Luca, Leo, Laine, Maverick, Boone, Avery 9 surviving brothers and sisters: Larry, Jack, Carl, Joe, Mike, James, Michelle, Scott and Janet and many nieces and nephews.

Judie was preceded in death by her father Lawrence, mother Florence, brother Patrick and sister Cheryl
