Judith E. Newcomer, 76, passed away on December 24, 2017. Born on October 1, 1941 to the late John N. and Lucia Kiebel.
Judy graduated from St. Vincent School of Nursing in Toledo, OH. As a registered nurse Judy organized a joint commission accredited home health agency at Friendship Village of Dublin, OH. Judy was also a proud volunteer with the American Red Cross serving in Houston and Baytown, TX following hurricane Katrina. Preceded in death by her sister, Irene "Renee" Stump, brother, John "LJ" Kiebel.
Surviving family includes husband, Jim, son, Noah (Amanda) Newcomer, grandson, Jackson, sisters, Theresa Hielman, Pat Beecher, Peggy (Ron) Daignault and many beloved cousins, nieces and nephews.
A memorial service in Apple Valley will be held at a later date.
