After Tracy's retirement from USAF, she lived in Toledo, Ohio; Sterling, Illinois; and finally Columbus, Ohio. Throughout the years and the many places she called home, Judith developed and maintained friendships with many people.
Judith was a woman of faith, a strong Christian, who shared Christ with people throughout her lifetime. She dedicated over 42 years of her life caring for her special needs son, Matthew. Judith also became the adoptive mother and grandmother to Alfred and Angelina Tagoe from Ghana and their three children Jezzy, Jada, and Joshua.
