Judy M. Chapman, 71, passed away June 20, 2018.
She was preceded in death by parents, Hilda and Charles Middleton; husband, Jerry Wilbur Chapman; daughter, Regina Marie Chapman; and brother, David Middleton.
Judy is survived by sons, Ballard (Donetta), Asa (Sonya), David, and Jerry (Cindy) Chapman; granddaughter, Christina Chapman and 16 additional grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; sister, Patricia Sprouse; and sister-in-law, Sandra Middleton.
Visitation Sunday, June 24, 2018 from 2-4pm at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH.
