Judy E. Wilson

Judy E. Wilson, age 73, of Columbus, left peacefully on Tuesday, December 23, 2014 in hospice. She was born on January 21, 1941, in Columbus, to the late Judson and Margaret Plummer.

Judy is preceded in death by her husband, Marvin "Bill" Wilson; and daughter, Lisa Wilson.

She is survived by her son, Brad (Carmen) McMillen and grandchildren; daughter, Christine (David) Charles; grandchildren, Cody and Cassidy Charles; sister, Katie Ewing; niece, Sally Ewing.

A memorial gathering will be held on Tuesday, December 30, 2014 from 7-8pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd., Columbus. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Zusman Hospice-1151 College Ave. Cols, OH 43209.

Judy was a respected Leasing Manager for RJ Solove and Assoc. and Oakwood Management for many years. She also consulted for her daughters business in the corporate housing industry. This gave her the opportunity to use her creative interior design skills which she enjoyed immensely.

She loved to travel with her family and friends and created beautiful memories for those who were by her side on any adventure. She was a natural in the kitchen, fed her family well and loved to host spectacular parties. She laughed easily and often and deeply loved her family and treasured friends.

Her spirit was broken when she lost her daughter unexpectedly followed by the loss of her husband this year. She now has been reunited with them and will be our guardian angel as we continue our journey in this world. A special thank you to Kiki (caregiver) for her care, support and friendship. You were a treasured friend and companion this past year.
