June A. Starkey-Weaver, 77, of Delaware, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, October 8 2014 after a long illness.
She will be missed by her husband, Wendell W. Weaver; two sons, Mark J. Starkey and Sammy L. Starkey; two daughters, Pamela S. Starkey and Julie A. Starkey; eleven grandchildren, Jason, Mark R., Tara, Steven, Jennifer, Randi, Wendy, Christopher, Michael, Alice and Jacob; twelve great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; a sister, Janet Thomas; brother, Thomas Cole; and many devoted friends.
She is preceded in death by her first husband, Curtis W. Starkey; son, Scott Allen Starkey; daughters, Deborah Lynn Stallings and Lynda Kay Frazier; and granddaughter, Robin J. Stallings.
June was a member of the Delaware Central Cong. of Jehovah's Witnesses. Her motto was, "you can only change yourself" and she spent her later life in making Jehovah God's name and kingdom known to others.
A memorial service will be held at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 3102 Baker Rd. Delaware, OH on Saturday, October 18, 2014 with the time to be announced. The family would like to extend a special thank you to those who assisted in her care during the last year.
