Our beloved Katie passed away Sunday, March 12, 2017, at age 37 in Columbus, Ohio. She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Charles L. and Mary Ellen Hollins; her maternal grandfather, Raymond P. Howe; aunts, Lisa F. Hollins, JoAnn Albritton; cousin, Tara Hollins.
Katie is survived by her maternal grandmother, Jerrye E. Howe; father, Paris L. Hollins, Sr. (Deborah Hollins); mother, Beth A. Puddy (Steven J. Puddy); children, Ryan J. Sineway and Jacob L. Sineway; siblings, Amanda M. Hollins, Paris L. Hollins, Jr., Stacey M. Antonioli (Mark Antonioli) and Brandy L. Zambrano (Zack Zambrano); numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Katie was born August 31, 1979, in Washington D.C. and raised in southern Maryland.
Katie was very kind, loving, and very tender-hearted. She will be forever loved, missed and in our hearts.
