Kathryn L. "Kitty" Helber, 68, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, January 18, 2015 in Columbus, OH. Kitty was born on April 29, 1946 in Columbus, OH to George and Marilyn Karst.
Kitty is preceded in death by her father.
She is survived by her children, Natalie and Mark; grandchildren, Ben and Nick; mother, Marilyn; sister, Mary Ann; brother, Chris; and many other loving family members and friends.
Kitty was vibrant, creative, and energetic with a passion for her family, her farm, her pets, horses, art and the outdoors. She graduated from Capital University as a Medical Technologist and retired from St. Ann's in 2012. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, January 22, 2015 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, Ohio 43231 followed by a Memorial Service at 6:00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cat Welfare, 741 Wetmore Rd. Columbus, OH 43214 in Kitty's honor.
