Kathryn G. Lawson Wilder

Kathryn G. Lawson Wilder was called home to be with her Lord on Saturday, September 16, 2017, joining her husband of 62 years Rev. C. Wayne Wilder who preceded her in death.
She was born March 2, 1927 to Alvin and Hilda Lawson who also preceded her in death as well as her sisters; Marge Carney, Virginia Rambo and brother, Harold Lawson.
Kathryn is survived by her daughter and caregiver, Marsha Wilder and her sons, Wayne E. (Charlene) Wilder, and William Douglas (Krista) Wilder; grandson, Will Wilder; granddaughters, Rachel Vantassel, Rebekah Wilder, and Sarah Wilder; 3 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
Kathryn was a longtime Christian. As a pastor's wife she taught Sunday School, directed the choir, played the organ and piano. She was a loving mother and friend to many. She will be sorely missed.
The family will receive friends from 10-11am, Friday September, 22, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, N.E., 3047 E. Dublin-Granville, Columbus, OH 43231, where the funeral service will be held following at 11:00am. Interment at Kingwood Memorial Park.
