Kathryne L. Redding, 93, of Columbus, passed away Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at Friendship Village Assisted Living.
She was born November 6, 1922 in Freeport, daughter of the late Howard B. and Thelma B. Taylor Gilcher.
In addition to her parents, Kathryne was preceded in death by her husbands, Kelly B. Craigo and Walter Redding; brother, William Gilcher.
She was a member of the Freeport O.E.S. Chapter 319 for 71 years.
Kathryne is survived by her daughter, Karen (Michael) Mallernee; son, Thomas (Kathy) Craigo; brother, Richard (Lucille) Gilcher; grandchildren, Kristopher (Benjamin Horton) Hodkinson and Kelly (Kim) Craigo; great grandchildren, Quinn, Mallory and Kirk Hodkinson and Kiersten Craigo.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Newcomer Funeral Home NE, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. Columbus.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Mt. Carmel Hospice c/o Mt. Carmel Foundation, 6150 E. Broad St. Columbus, OH 43213.
