Kay Caridas, 78, passed away Friday, June 30, 2017, after a lengthy battle with cancer. Kay was born on April 26, 1939, to Walter and Dortha (McDonald) Hilt and is preceded in death by her parents; son, Jack Caridas; sister, Sondra Fullen; brother, Jack Hilt.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, William Caridas; son David (Desa Coleman) Caridas; daughter-in-law, D'Anne Caridas; sister-in-law, Patty Hilt; nieces, nephews and many friends.
Family and friends will gather on Thursday, July 6, 2017, 2-4 PM & 6-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, OH with the Funeral Service on Friday, July 7, 2017, 11 AM. Interment will follow at Blendon Central Cemetery, Westerville, OH 43081.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to Zusman Hospice, 1151 College Avenue, Columbus, OH 43209.
