Kayo Parsley (Kayo the Kat), born in West Virginia, age 78, of Columbus passed away on October 21, 2022. He was a Vietnam Veteran who had worked for Downtown Lazarus for over 35 years. Anyone who knew him loved and adored him.
Kayo is preceded in death by his wife, Juanita; parents, Elbert and Anita Parsley; brother, Paul Parsley; sisters, Judy Hayes, Sandra Hix, Suzie Light and daughter, Michelle Schroeck.
Kayo is survived by his brothers, John Parsley, Mark Parsley; sister, Dee Lybrand; children, Stephany (James) Vines, Kayo (Amy) Parsley, Holly Parsley-Smith, Michele; grandchildren, Brittany, Matt, Austin, Tori, James Jr., Kayo, Laney, Bobby, Madisyn; and lots of great grandchildren, as well as many other family and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 12, 2022 at VFW #3441, 852 Clarendon Ave, Columbus, Ohio 43223.
