He was preceded in death by his daughter, Spencer Ann Maynard, father, Lenville "Bud" Maynard.
Surviving family includes wife, Rebecca, son, Keith (Cierra) Maynard Jr., grandchildren, Killian Franklin, Keith Maynard III, mother, Shirley Maynard, siblings, Brett (Teresa), Scott (Shelli), Jeff, Melody (Mark) Mechlin, uncles, Greg and Ronald Purtee and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 11am to 1pm, Saturday, December 1, 2018 at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH, where a funeral will begin at 1pm.
