Kelley Kochensparger

Kelley Marie Kochensparger, age 36, died unexpectedly Thursday afternoon July 28, 2016. She will be missed by all who had the opportunity to know her. Especially by her family and by those who have expressed their love for Kelley on Facebook, emails, and phone calls. Her smile, laugh, and hugs would fill a room. She was always ready to help and show kindness to a family, an individual, or an animal. Kelley loved animals.
Kelley loved being an aunt to her nieces, Julia & Nora, and her nephew, Steven. She are always holding, hugging, and kissing one of them.

Kelley graduated from Upper Arlington High School where she participated in the Christopher Program and she also is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a business degree. She was a proud buckeye and loved cheering for the football team. Kelley spent several years in the mortgage business.

Kelley was a member of the Young Survivors Club having successfully fought and won against both melanoma and breast cancer. She also had Type 1 diabetes since the age of 5 which she had managed well for 31 years.
Kelley was preceded in death by her grandparents, Charles & Norma Jean Kochensparger and Jack & Norma Herrick. She is survived by her parents, Steve & Kathy Kochensparger, her sisters, Krista (Ben) Harris and Kourtney (Roger) Beck, and her grandmother Clara Herrick. Also her nieces and nephews, Julia Harris, Steven Harris, and Nora Beck along many aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends including her friend, Mike Bolin.

Family and friends may call on Wednesday August 3 from 5-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123. Services will be held at 10:00AM, August 4 at First Community Church, 1320 Cambridge Boulevard, Columbus, OH 43212.

All are invited to gather 30 minutes prior to the service and stay for fellowship after the service.
