Kelly R. "Keldog" Chapman, 49 of Columbus, passed away at his residence on January 11, 2015. Born on September 25, 1965 to Ruby (Sellards) Chapman and the late Charles Ray Chapman in Columbus, OH. Coached Karl J. Fulton League Football for over 21 years and was a Grand Master Darter. Survived by siblings James Chapman, JoAnn (Bob) Miller, Janet (Mike) Barker and Cindy (Jack) Hampton, many nieces, nephews and special friends.
