Kevin P. Hay, 62, passed away suddenly at home on Friday, February 27, 2026, in Marysville, Ohio. Kevin was born on March 10, 1963, in Battle Creek, Michigan, but grew up in the Chicago Land Area to Lyle Deane and Marlene Janet (Lawitzke) Hay.

Kevin is preceded in death by his parents, brothers Micheal E. Hay and Kenneth A. Hay.

He is survived by his wife of 11 years, Karen S. Hay, children Steven (Alex) P. Hay, Sam Hay, step-children Christina (T) M. Martin, Bryan (Aaron) C. Berry, grandchildren Alyx (Kyle) H. Martin, siblings Mark (Laura) C. Hay, and Karen (Joseph) D. Hay-Suich, and many nieces and nephews. He is survived by many friends, especially his brothers with USMC/Gamers.

Kevin was a Lance Corporal with the United States Marine Corp. He was in the First Battalion, Seventh Marine, 1st Marine Division, and a field radio operator.

He was a senior drafting technician and civil designer. He was a fan of the Chicago Bears.

Kevin was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.
