Kirk Morris

Kirk Morris (Jr), 82, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away on December 25, 2025. Born on September 14, 1943, to Kirk Morris (Sr) and Frances Woolridge.

He earned a GED but attended Linden McKinley High School and Garret Middle School, and married Suzanne(Wolf) on October 15, 1960.

Kirk, also called Junior and Red, found simple pleasures: playing cards (poker), betting on horses, dog races, and sporting events. Kirk was a skilled athlete, excelling in baseball in his early years. He was also a lover of old-school music, particularly The Drifters and The Temptations, among others.

He leaves behind 5 children, Marie (Jeffrey), Phillip (Julie), Melissa (Mark), Patrick (Stephanie) and Paul (Trisha), along with 7 grandchildren, Jason (Kalee), Jordan (Steven), Erin (Pete), Spenser (Christian), Joe (Kaleigh), Kelsey (Evan), and Miranda (Jose) and 6 great grandchildren, Baylee, Braxtyn, Bodey, Estelle, Gus, and Baylor.

A memorial gathering will be held at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, at the Northeast Chapel located at 3047 E Dublin Granville Rd, Columbus, OH 43231 on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.
