Lana S. Smoljanovich

Lana S. (Facemyer) Fox Smoljanovich, 77, of Pataskala, passed away on February 2, 2026, at home peacefully. She born in Charleston, West Virginia to the late Jackie and Floradell (Stevens) Facemyer. She married James Fox, Sr. and he survives.

Along with James, those left to cherish memories of Lana include children, Lisa (Allen) Fox-Pardon, James (Lisa) Fox, Jr., and William Fox; grandchildren, E’lisa’beth, Courtney, Jimmy, and Ryan; great-grandchildren, Callie, James, Lindsey, and Samara; siblings, Jacquilynn and Jewel; and many family members and friends.

Along with her parents, Lana was preceded in death by sister, Carolyn.

Immediate family will have services Wednesday, February 11, 2026; burial will occur at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
