Surviving family includes children, Phyllis Welch, Verna (Bill) Brown, Dennis (Mary) Penberthy, Wayne Penberthy, Alan (Barbara) Penberthy, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 10-11am, Friday, June 23, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH, where a memorial service will begin at 11am.
