Larry B. Fluharty, age 71, passed away Sunday, October 23, 2016.
He was born on April 29, 1945.
Preceded in death by mother, Ruth Moneysmith; father, Karl Fluharty.
Survived by wife and lifetime best friend, Jerri; sons, Bryan and Jeff (Cindy); granddaughters, Rustie (Tyler) and Devin; great-grandson, Lukas; siblings, Joyce Wilson and Doug Fluharty; furry friend, Newton T.; also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
Larry owned and ran Fluharty Trucking alongside his wife for 47 years. He was a great husband, father and grandfather. His career was his life, second only to his passion and love for his family.
He was unstoppable, immovable and dedicated to reaching and surpassing his goals. We loved him dearly, as did every person he met.
He will be dearly missed by many and forgotten by none.
A celebration of life will be held Friday, October 28, 2016 from 6-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Larry's name to the Capital Area Humane Society, 3018 Scioto Darby Executive, Hilliard, OH 43026.
