Larry "Navy Mike" Rice, of Columbus, born April 9th, 1942 passed away on April 13, 2015.
He is survived by his wife, Rosemary Rice; their children, Judi (Matt Thies) Rice, Brandi (Shane Singer) Brecht, and Michael (Tabitha) Rice; 16 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.
He is joined in heaven with his mother, Geneva; father, John; son, Larry Michael; and granddaughter, Jesikka.
Mike served in the US Navy for 20 years and was a member of The Fraternal Order of Eagles, Aerie 2252. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2015 at 5:00pm at The Barn, 3800 Westerville Rd. Columbus, OH 43224. Messages of condolence may be left at www.NewcomerColumbus.com.
