Larry Walsh, age 83, passed away at home on Wednesday, January 24, 2018. He was born on January 23, 1935 in Christian, WV to the late Homer and Martha Walsh.
As a young man Larry proudly served his country by joining the U.S. Marine Corps during the Korean Conflict. Later in life, he retired from Burgess and Nipple Engineers after 45 years.
He is preceded in death by his siblings, James, Jerry and Susan Walsh. Larry is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Doralece; sons, Larry (Teresa) Walsh, Jr., and Greg Walsh; grandchildren, Billy, Catherine, and Jennifer; siblings, Roy and Mary Lou.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at 11:30am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Later-day Saints, 307 Huber Village Blvd, Westerville, OH 43081.
Memorial contributions in Larry's memory may be made to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, 2215 Citygate Dr., Columbus, OH 43219.
