Laurence E Davis

Laurence Davis, age 74 of Thornville, OH, passed away on June 19, 2025. He was born on February 2, 1951 to Charles and Dolly (Deistchle) Davis in Columbus, OH. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by brother James Davis. Laurence is survived by his loving daughters Theresa (Billy) Michael, Jennifer Davis, Laurie (David) McCort and Samantha (Tyler) McCort, brother Richard Davis, sisters Charlene Soto and Chris (Terry) Pennington, who was his care provider, like-a-daughter, niece Lisa (Shawn) Caudill, former wife and mother of his 4 daughters, Sue Taylor, 17 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Laurence served with the U.S Navy, he loved his church family and is worth mentioning a huge thank you to World Conquerors Through Jesus Christ. He received a certificate in sailing, loved to travel and always said he feared nothing as "Jesus Christ is my co-pilot."

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday June 26 at 12pm at 1659 Ransburg Ave, Columbus, OH 43223
