Laurie Ann Ankrum, age 52, passed away peacefully in her home and surrounded by her family on November 22, 2020. She was born on August 28, 1968 in Columbus, Ohio.
Laurie worked in medical billing for over 30 years. Her proudest accomplishment was being a mother to her two sons. Laurie's family was everything to her. She will be remembered for her loyalty and selflessness.
Left to cherish her memory is her dedicated and loving husband of 30 years, Todd; sons, Daniel and Nicholas; parents, Frances and Paul Walraven; sisters, Cathy (Randy) Walraven, Angie (Pat) Dalton, Amy (Russ) Walraven; father-in-law, Danny Ankrum; sister-in-law, Denice Ankrum; many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, dear friends and beloved dog, Brutus. Laurie was preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Jenny Ankrum.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 29, 2020 at Newcomer-SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway in Grove City. Friends are welcome from 12-2:00 p.m. Family is welcome from 3-5:00 p.m. Masks required. The Funeral Service will be held on Monday at 10:00 a.m. followed by procession to Concord Cemetery.
