Leonard P. Mason, Sr., 85, passed away on Monday, October 30, 2017 in Dublin, OH. Leonard was born on August 7, 1932 in Canton, OH to Perry and Stella Mason.
Leonard is preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Florence; his parents; brothers, Jim Farber and Thomas Mason.
He is survived by his sons, Larry J. (Constance) Mason and Leonard P. (Pamela) Mason, Jr.; grandchildren, Brian (Cassie) Mason, Michelle Stiles and Brandon (Grace) Mason; great-grandchildren, Hayven and Sienna; brother, George Mason; sisters, Elizabeth Beck and Annabelle Fredrickson.
Family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 from 10am to 12pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Columbus NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd., Columbus, OH 43231. A funeral service will follow at 12pm also at the funeral home. He will be laid to rest at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens on Wednesday, November 8, 2017.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimer's Association, Central Ohio Chapter, 1379 Dublin Rd. Columbus, OH 43215 in Leonard's honor.
