Lily Rae Ann Martin, 1 day old, was called to Heaven on Sunday March 1, 2015. She leaves behind a loving family, including her parents Phillip James & Kristin (Sanders) Martin; a brother, Kyler; sisters, Hannah and Olesia; grandparents and a host of relatives.
Visitation will be held Saturday March 7, 2015, from 12:30 to 2:30PM, with funeral services at 2:30 by Pastor Dave Thomas at Newcomer Funeral Home SW 3393 Broadway Grove City, OH 43123. Burial will follow in Concord Cemetery.
