Linda Corbett

Linda D. (Wilson) Corbett, age 71, passed away on August 25, 2026. She was born on February 15th, 1955, in Columbus, Ohio. She is preceded in death by her parents; Charles (Richard) Wilson & Avenell Yvonne (Counts), husband of 30 years John Corbett. Survived by her children; Misty (Kristy) Baxter-Ellis, Rodney (Wendi) Jude, sisters; Tammy Sunday, Patty (Tony) Serrano, brothers; Adam (Kim) Wilson, Adrian (Allison) Wilson, grandchildren; Tyler Jude, Timothy Tipton, Danielle (Ryan) Tipton, Dakota Baxter-Ellis. Great Grandchildren; Hayden. Nephews; Roger Sunday, Aiden & Alex Wilson, Niece; Tiffany Sunday.

She retired from General Motors after 30 years. She was also an alcohol and drug counselor at Maryhaven for many years. She loved to watch the Buckeyes (football) and the Cleveland Guardians, she enjoyed gardening; loved her flowers, enjoyed being outdoors enjoying nature & sunsets, she had a passion for dogs and volunteered at the Columbus Humane Society. She would want us to mention her dogs Gracie & Buckeye that were with her when she passed. She wanted to be sure they were well cared for after her passing. She loved to crochet and was an avid pool player; she enjoyed her Friday pool league nights.
