Linda Mcwhorter

Linda McWhorter, age 70, passed away on November 9, 2019. She was born on June 22, 1949 to the late Golda and Robert McCafferty in Columbus, Ohio.

Linda loved her family and especially looked forward to having them over for her favorite holiday, Christmas. She enjoyed antiquing with Roger. Linda loved playing cornhole and got pretty competitive! Her favorite game with her grandkids was, "Pick A Pocket." Her legacy will live on in her family who will never stop loving her.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving companion of 30 years, Roger P. Arnold; children, Sherry (Tom Fannin) McWhorter, Robert (Jean) McWhorter, Donald (Julie) McWhorter, Roger (Theresa) Arnold Jr., Chris (Vicki) Arnold, Jimmy (Diane) Arnold; brother, William (Eileen) McCafferty; grandchildren, Danny Fannin, Christopher (Briana) McWhorter, Sarah McWhorter, Branden, Bradley and Bobby Arnold, Sara Arnold, Dillion Arnold, Alycia and Annabell Rodriguez; several nieces and nephews and her "children by choice", Angel Rodriguez, Laura Dunlap and Donald Carson. Linda was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Meredith Sleeper, Ronald McCafferty and Paul Carson McCafferty.

The family will receive guests on Thursday, November 14, 2019 from 5-8:00 p.m. at Newcomer-SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway in Grove City. The Funeral will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Friday. The burial will take place at Concord Cemetery.
