Linda Dianne Niemet

Linda Dianne Niemet, affectionately known as Puff passed away at the age 77 peacefully at home on January 1st, 2026.

Linda’s greatest pride was her family. She was a loving mother to her sons, Stephen III (Julie) Niemet and Scott (Joshua) Niemet, and a deeply proud grandmother to Hailey Niemet.

Linda was preceded in death by parents William and Betty Timmons

Survived by Brothers, Richard (Carol), Michael (Debbie) and Edward Timmons.

Many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins

Linda shared 48 years along with Stephen Niemet Jr being parents & grandparents. We lost Stephen in 2017.

Linda was known to be a strong independent woman. As a mother, she showed her boys paths for them to create for themselves. Letting them become individual men. Her overwhelming pride as a grandmother was full of support, encouragement, & undeniable love. She loved wide throughout the family, she showed up as an aunt with her full heart. Stood by during hardships, loss, & hope. Linda’s family adored her.

Linda will be remembered for her strength, her kindness, her unwavering support, and the way she made everyone around her feel loved. Her legacy lives on in the family she cherished and the memories that will be held close forever.

There will be a visitation on Thursday, February 5, 2026 from 5pm to 7pm at Newcomer NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin Granville Rd. Columbus.
