She was preceded in death by father, Kendrick Gillispie; brothers, Rodney and Jeff Gillispie; daughter, Brittany (Slaughter) Temple.
Lisa is survived by mother, Helen Gillispie; husband, Robert Ward; children, Tamara (William) Walker and Ryan Slaughter; grandchildren, Rodney "Twinkie" Hunt, Helayna Walker, Aydenn Temple, Liamia Walker, Aerius Conkel, Ariyah Brown, and Jaxden Slaughter; 8 step-grandchildren; siblings, Mandy and Michael; families of Cecil (Tammy) Slaughter and John Hunt; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
Lisa enjoyed time with her family, especially her kids and husband. She was a God fearing Christian who loved to attend church, read, go to the movies, ride her motorcycle, sing, and go to the gym. Lisa was known for her infectious laugh and joyful spirit. She loved to write, especially personal letters to her closest friends, Sharon and Sheryl.
Visitation Sunday, Dec. 16, 2018 from 4pm until the time of Funeral Service at 7pm at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH.
