Lloyd "Randy" Rathburn, 74, passed away Feb. 18, 2016. He was preceded in death by parents, Jack and Elizabeth Rathburn; and one sister.
Randy is survived by wife, Josie; son, David (Rae) Dean; grandchildren, Roselyn, Pearl, and Christina; great-grandchildren, Emma, Samantha, and David; sister, Patty; other family and friends.
Randy served in the United States Army.
Visitation Monday, Feb. 22, 2016 from 4-8 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral Service Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2016 at 1pm at the Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, OH.
