Lois was a stay-at-home mom to her five children until they were older. She then began working in the office at West High School where she and husband Richard were alumni. She loved working with the students and teachers. Eventually she went on to work in the library at Beck Elementary in German Village which allowed her to work with the younger children she enjoyed so much. From there she worked at the Columbus Public Library downtown for several years. This was a great fit for her as she could be social and she loved all the people she met.
She was raised Catholic, but later chose the Lutheran faith, a loyal member. She raised her family in the church; a Christian woman with good values and a strong faith that she passed on to her children. She loved fellowship, singing and worshipping together with her family and friends.
She is at peace in her heavenly home, surrounded by her loved ones and embraced by her Lord.
